We've chosen 2 locations that are relaxing and peaceful. The East-West Center in Antwerp and The Great White Whale Center in Borsbeek provide the ideal environment to nourish yourself with these profound and transforming teachings. You can plan your sessions on the same day or on different days.
DEVIKA
Devika was born in the legendary village of Mustang in the Himalayas, Nepal, 1976. Already from a young age she received training as a yoga teacher in India and Nepal. Being initiated by different traditions, Devika is a living connection between Indian, Nepalese and Tibetan yoga.
This results in a unique yoga style that was born out of these traditions during her own journey in life. Devika’s yoga aims at getting relief from stress, regaining balance, finding inner strength and healing at all levels. This enables us to live peacefully and happily through all moments of life.
Himalayan Yogini Workshops teach you gentle and mindful yogic movements combined with breathing techniques and voice work. This induces a degree of relaxation that enables body and mind to recover and to re-energize. Devika guides both beginners and advanced yogi’s and yogini’s to their inner sanctuary.
Devika teaches and leads intensive programs and trainings in her own Yoga Center Nepal. (http://www.himalayanyogini.com)
