Promote your Relaxation Holiday or Venue via Yotran
 Through our website and our community Yotran is reaching a huge audience interested in Unique Relaxation Holidays.
There for we invite you as owner or manager of a
- Bed & breakfast;
- Yoga Retreat or retreat offering yoga, tai chi, mindfulness, life coaching, etc...;
- Small boutique hotel;
- Exclusive Venue;
- Other travel related products;
to give us a detailed description of your venue and special packages (if any).
This information must be integrated in our on line template, were you can also upload pictures of you venue.
Yotran's travel department will carefully review your information and after approval publish your template on line or contact you for more information.
Any rates published on our website should never be higher than the lowest rates published by your venue. (directly to clients or on other internet sites)
We can offer you this opportunity for an annual fee of
- 100 euro for venues with 10 rooms or less
- 150 euro for venues with 11 to 25 rooms
- 200 euro for venues with more than 25 rooms
The fees are for one venue, e.g. if you have 5 venues that you would like to present, the fee will be charged per venue but in that case you might want to consider to become a sponsor at 750 per annum. The sponsorship might also be more interesting for hotel chains.
The fee will only be charged, when we accept your Venue.
All rates are exclusive of Belgian VAT (21%) if applicable.
Is there any catch?
No but there are 2 main conditions:
- Yotran may always decide to visit your venue at any time.
- Yotran will receive 10% commission on any bookings made via our website or community.
More good news?
- Yes when we receive a minimum of 1000 euro commission per year we will refund your annual fee.

- You have to proceed with the following steps:
- You have to register yourself on our website and create yourself a Yotran Travel Supplier account.
- You have to fill in the template and upload your pictures for every Venue you wish to publish on our website.
- We will carefully review your information and publish your venue on line as it meets our terms and conditions
