Walter Bauwens

Walter Bauwens is the founder and CEO of Yotran NV.

The last 10 years he created 3W Direct Management Solutions NV (www.3W.be), the most well-known interim management company in Belgium where he was the CEO of the company. He sold 3W to Adecco, the nr 1 HR Company in the World.

Today he is still involved with 3W as a premium partner in order to help customers to find the best qualified interim managers on the market.

Before that he was a Sales Performance Consultant with Ernst & Young and Sales Director from one of the biggest Saw-Mills in Belgium (Salmfor SA).

He started his career with Dupont de Nemours as a research technician and later as a Technical representative in House Paints until Sales Director for Dörken AG in Benelux and France.

He studied in Antwerp (Don Bosco) and Brussels (Nuclear Energy).

Marc Van Laer

Marc Van Laer is the co-founder and COO of Yotran NV.

As Senior ICT expert he likes to narrow the gap between (network) infrastructure, software development and the business (processes). He has a broad understanding of the old and the new technologies.

As shareholder and COO of 3W Direct Management Solutions NV (www.3W.be), the most well-known interim management company in Belgium he was the architect of 3W's GateSync Platform, a recruitment platform for interim management en non-temping staffing which was also rolled out within Adecco, the nr 1 HR Company of the world.

As internal support group manager of Leisureplanet.com he was responsible for the ICT infrastructure in the plants in Belgium and South Africa of this travel organisation.

Before that he has a proven track record as independent ICT expert with projects done in Education, Travel sector, Call Centre, HR sourcing, Government, Industrial environments.

Dirk Haesevoets

Dirk Haesevoets is the founder, owner and Managing Director of The House of Trust, a relation marketing and networking company.

He started his career in the banking world before switching to the financial media. During several years he was a financial journalist at Roularta and De TIJD. Before starting his own company in 2004 he was a member of the management team of De TIJD.

He holds a Master Degree in Political and Social Sciences (KU Leuven), a Master Degree in Financial Analysis (ABAF) and completed executive programs at Vlerick School and Guberna.

Dirk Haesevoets has been and is Director in several profit and nonprofit organisations.
