From this questioning you begin to find answers and paths to improve awareness, attitude, self-understanding, interpersonal relationships and set and achieve your intentions. Nepali Yoga Women Trust
Three years ago Devika Gurung founded the Nepali Yoga Women Project with Emma Despres, a woman from the UK. Devika grew up in Nepal and is fully aware of the harsh realities women face in the country. At the age of 15 she dropped out of school to help her family earn money. Her first job involved lugging heavy rocks around an airport construction site. Later jobs included working in an orchard, making carpets, and cleaning houses.

Het is een compleet pakket met twee fitheidsmetingen en een persoonlijk beweegplan voor 12 weken. In Pulderbos, het revalidatiecentrum van CM, schreven maar liefst 130 personeelsleden zich in voor het project. Ze zullen 12 weken lang samen bewegen en kijken nu al uit naar het resultaat van de tweede meting.
